Whimsy's career wins are:

I sued Whimsy's previous owner in Provincial Court to regain ownership of her, and to demand payment of his bill with me for her expenses.

He chose not to appear in court. The judge examined the contract he had signed with me, and found in my favor. He ordered that she should be returned to my legal ownership and the owner was directed to reimburse me all expenses as outlined in the contract. To date, the funds have never been received. Whimsy was subsequently placed in a pet home, ironically, not far from where her previous owner lives! I often wonder if he ever sees her when she is going for a walk!
